Opening Times & Fees

The nursery is open five days a week for 51 weeks of the year from 8.00am to 6.00pm (longer hours available on request). However, we are closed on Bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year.

The nursery may also be closed in severe weather conditions to ensure the safety of the children, parents, carers and staff, (fee refunds will not be given).

Parents are asked to listen to BBC Radio Kent or log on to their website at http://news.bbc.co.uk/local/kent/hi/ for updated information/confirmation of any such closures.

There are both full-time and part-time places available, details of which can be obtained upon request.

Fees:
For children from 3 months to 3 years:	£48.47 per day
For children 3 years and older:	£45.47 per day
Children entitled to receive Nursery Education grant:	from £25.17per day*

Payment: We request that payment be made in advance on the first day of each month. We can arrange for this to be done by standing order if preferred.

*From the term after your child's third birthday you will be entitled to receive the Education Grant, which at present is 15 hours of free care/education per week. This may be used in one or more settings providing the total number of hours does not exceed the 15 per week. At the Farningham Day Nursery a total of 6 hours may be used in any one day.
